Currently working at CIBC as a Visual designer as a part of the DDC team (The Digital Direct Campaigns). I create offers for CIBC post-sign on channels: Targeted Online Offer and Mobile Targeted Offer.
Through these channels, we target audiences with exclusive offers post sign-on. Offers can either be pushed (meaning they show up for clients without any prompting) or pulled (as an Exclusive Offers teaser, found in Online Banking).
